Reporting and blocking
When you submit a report, the service stores the reported item ID, reason and your description to process it. Reports are not shown to other users. Descriptions are erased when handled. Unhandled descriptions are cleared after 30 days during periodic checks or when the service resumes. Request IDs and status are retained to prevent duplicate submissions. Blocking limits viewing and interaction while both users are signed in. Public content can still be viewed when signed out. Unblocking does not restore follows, likes or saves.
Posts and profiles
The community service saves your nickname, preset avatar, bio, ranking snapshot and written text only when you save your profile or publish a post. Public posts can be browsed; private posts can be read only by their signed-in author and do not appear in the public feed. Likes, saved posts, follows and comments are stored when you explicitly act. Image and avatar uploads and private messages are not supported.
Public feed and accounts
Publishing, interacting and editing your nickname or avatar require sign-in. This app’s account service verifies your identity separately from anonymous ranking contribution credentials. It does not claim old anonymous profiles or automatically upload device rankings when you browse the public feed. Device exports include browsing, choice and ranking history, but exclude posts, comments, relationships and sign-in credentials. Community data expires 30 days after the account last accesses the community service and is removed during scheduled checks or when the service resumes. This does not mean the account or cloud history is deleted at the same time. Manage or delete community content before uninstalling. The servers for accounts, cloud history and the public feed are located in mainland China. When you use these online features outside mainland China, the necessary data is transferred there for processing. Local choices and rankings that do not require sign-in can continue to stay on your device.
Device data
Choices, rankings, reflections, custom topics, topic favorites, drafts and settings are stored on this device. Viewed questions have separate first/last display times and counts; viewing is not an answer. Guest data stays on the device. After you accept the updated agreement and sign in with an email or phone verification code, unassigned device records belong to that account. While signed in, browsing, choice and ranking history belonging to the current account is automatically backed up to this app’s separate server. Offline records stay on the device and retry when connected. They are not published to the public feed or used to automatically generate personality or psychological judgments.
Optional sign-in
This overseas release enables email verification codes only; phone verification codes are not available. When using an assigned password account, existing device records are not assigned to that account; new records created after sign-in are saved under it. Choosing, ranking and browsing public posts require no account. Publishing, liking, commenting, saving posts, following, reporting, blocking and editing your nickname or avatar require sign-in. Your email or mainland China phone number is sent to this app’s separate account service only after you agree and request a code. Codes only verify sign-in. After sign-in with an email or phone code, unassigned device browsing, choice and ranking records belong to the current account. Records assigned to another account are not uploaded when you switch accounts. You can preview and confirm restoring an account backup in Backup and restore. There is no automatic download or cross-device merge. Short-lived sign-in credentials are excluded from backups and diagnostics. Reopening the app requires sign-in again.
Contribute
Only after you confirm participation is the complete order for that bundled topic submitted. Names, Home choices, private topics and other history are excluded. A random credential allows updates and withdrawals and is excluded from backups and diagnostics. Network-address digests support rate limits and are not published. Rankings appear after at least three valid submissions; submission counts are not verified people counts.
Withdrawal and expiry
You can withdraw one ranking on the community rankings page, or all ranking contributions in Settings. This does not delete your posts. Contribution credentials are valid for 30 days; expired submissions no longer count toward aggregate results. Expired data is removed when the service starts or handles requests. Withdraw contributions before uninstalling or clearing storage; backups exclude contribution credentials. Clearing device data first requests withdrawal of all contributions and does not continue if the service is unavailable.
Images and sharing
Images are processed only when you choose to create a share image, save it to photos or use system sharing. You can decline photo access and continue ranking. Once shared, the image is handled by your chosen app under its own policies.
Backups and clipboard
Backup or diagnostic content is written to the system clipboard only when you tap to copy it. Restoration requires you to paste it. Backups may contain personal preferences; save them somewhere you trust. The app does not automatically read the clipboard.
Diagnostics and support
This app’s own technical error summaries are kept on this device. You can choose to copy a diagnostic summary for support; it excludes specific ranking content and account information. To troubleshoot service failures, the server records the release version, time, request method and route category, technical request ID, status code and error category. These records exclude passwords, verification codes, tokens, request bodies, specific choices and account identifiers. Access is restricted. Records follow a 7-day retention schedule with storage and output-rate limits. Cleanup runs periodically, and cleanup delayed while the service is unavailable runs when it resumes. See Third-party SDK for diagnostic processing by the native runtime engine.
Third-party SDK
This app uses the DCloud App engine from Digital Heaven (Beijing) Network Technology Co., Ltd. for native runtime capabilities. According to the vendor’s privacy policy, the engine may process device brand, model, CPU, screen, operating system, network type, IP address, User-Agent, language, time zone and runtime environment, as well as app name, package name, version, AppID, included SDKs, a randomly generated device identifier, error stacks, engine startup time and memory consumption, to support operation, performance analysis and troubleshooting. A random identifier does not mean a device cannot be linked. The vendor states that its anonymous identifier does not use OAID, IDFA, IMEI or Android ID, and that information is retained as needed for the service purpose or applicable agreements, then deleted or anonymized. Vendor policy: https://dcloud.io/license/appprivacy.html.
Account deletion
You can request deletion of a real account in Settings. After two confirmations, the account is disabled immediately and sign-in details, cloud history, community content and device records assigned to this account are cleaned up. Deletion cannot be undone. If the network or service is interrupted, minimal recovery credentials are retained so you can continue in Settings. Completion is not shown until all cleanup is confirmed. Records belonging to other accounts and unassigned guests remain. Necessary request states, account closure markers and usage records are retained to prevent duplicate requests, delayed writes or abuse. Deleted post, comment and profile report bodies are not retained. Anonymous ranking contributions are separate from the account; withdraw them separately before deleting the account.
Deletion and retention
You can back up or clear device data in Settings. Backups include browsing history. After explicitly importing a backup on another device, unassigned records belong to the next account that signs in with an email or phone verification code. Clearing device data does not delete server backups. Uninstalling or clearing app data or browser storage may delete records; back up first. Separately delete any backups or images you have saved or shared.
